The Ethernet port might fail when the Cisco Room Navigator is pulled across the table by the Ethernet cable frequently over a period of several months.

In the event the Cisco Room Navigator fails to operate due to the issues outlined in the Problem Symptom section, the recommendation is to replace the device.
