The Profile Server (PS) upgrade-rollback-upgrade sequence may fail for Cisco BroadWorks XS-TAS deployment customers.
For Broadworks XS-TAS customers, the second upgrade of the operational sequence upgrade-rollback-upgrade will fail for Profile Servers (PS) with the provisioning application when the upgrade target is a PS of one of the following releases:

Workaround:
Customers with Cisco Broadworks XS-TAS who have upgraded to a faulty PS release should do not roll back. Instead, upgrade to a fixed version. Broadworks XS-TAS customers who have upgraded to a faulty PS release and who have rolled back should contact the Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) to obtain a script that will allow subsequent upgrades.
