Prerequisites

Before you start, ensure that you have installed licenses on the Cisco Prime License Manager (PLM).

Obtaining a Universally Unique Device Identifier (UUID) for Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)

Step 1:

In Cisco Prime License Manager, in the top right corner of the page, click About.

Step result: The system displays a pop-up window.

Step 2:

From the pop-up window, copy the Registration ID which represents the universally unique device identifier (UUID) on the License Registration Portal (LRP).
