This document describes how to get the details about the Phone feature supported for particular CUCM version.

Many times when a new feature is introduced to or phone there is skepticism about its compatability with phone. This document helps you to get the details of all the features that are supported for a specific phone in a particular Cisco Unified Communication Manager (CUCM) version.
Getting list of supported features for particular phone model.
This is the procedure to get the list.
Step 1. Login to Cisco Unified Reporting page.
Step 2. Under System Reports, choose Unified CM Phone Feature List from the drop down as shown in the image.
Step 3. If you do not see any report present there, click on Generate Report on top right corner of the page, as shown in the image.
Step 4. Once the Report is generated click on the report.
Step 5. Select the Product and Feature from the drop down and click on Submit, as shown in the image.
Step 6. If you are able to see the List Features entry then the feature is supported for that phone model in that particular version of Unified Communication Manager.
Step 7. If the List Features is empty, it means that particular feature is not supported on that particular version of Unified Communication Manager.
