Cisco Business Mobile iOS App version 1.9.0 introduces the following new features and changes:

Tech Support Dump - Generate detailed tech support dumps in both local mode and Cisco Business Dashboard Mode to facilitate easier troubleshooting and faster resolution of issues.

Switch Stacking Visualization in Local Mode - View and manage your switch stack configurations with ease through our improved local mode display, giving you a clear overview of your stacked switches.

Site Level Application Usage Insights: Monitor and analyze application usage at an individual site level while in local mode, allowing for more precise and site-specific network management.

Export and Import Site Data - Seamlessly export and import site data to facilitate backups, migrations, or for analytical purposes. This enhancement simplifies data management across different sites and deployments.

Streamlined Local Mode Day-0 Process - The initial setup process for new deployments, referred to as the Day-0 process, has been optimized for efficiency. Get started with your green field deployments faster and with less complexity.

Advanced Sorting and Grouping in CBD Notification List: Manage your Cisco Business Dashboard notifications more effectively with the addition of two new tabs for sorting and grouping: Time and Severity. These tabs allow for quick prioritization and response to notifications based on your urgency and impact.

The Cisco Business Mobile app is supported for Apple iOS-based devices running iOS version 13.0 and above. The following devices can be managed by the Cisco Business Mobile app:

Cisco Business 350 Series switches with 10Gb Ethernet switch ports and a dedicated out of band (OOB) management port must be on version 3.1.1.7 or above to be installed and configured using the app. Affected models include: CBS350-8XT, CBS350-12XT, CBS350-24XT, CBS350-48XT-4X, CBS350-12XS, CBS350-24XS, CBS350-16XTS, and CBS350-24XTS. |
Limitations and Restrictions
The Cisco Business Mobile app is subject to the following limitations and restrictions:

Cisco Business and Catalyst 1200/1300 series switches need to connect to an existing Wi-Fi network to be managed by Cisco Business mobile app. Please refer to the quick start guide that comes with the switches for detailed instructions.

The Cisco Business Mobile app is not currently optimized for the iPad. The app may be used with an iPad, but will operate in iPhone compatibility mode.
