Set a new goal in September 2021 to reach net zero across Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions by 2040

In fiscal 2021, we achieved an 11% increase in entry-level through manager-level employees who identify as African American/Black, a 90% increase in AA/B Director-level employees, and a 120% increase in AA/B Vice Presidents and above (fiscal 2020 base year).
